As an officer this helps me when I’m involved in an altercation or in a situation where I have to chase somebody. The second one is performance/skill-related fitness is being able to perform the complex muscle-and-nerve act this includes the agility, speed, and reaction time and coordination. Another important factor is following the seven dimensions of health which include, physical health, I will be achieving this dimension by doing regular checkups, making sure I eat healthy and exercise regularly as well as eating healthier avoiding fast food, for my emotional and psychological health, I will be working on my self-confidence and trying to deal with my day to day stress as it rises with my school and personal problems and being able to handle situations such as ones that cause me emotional or psychological
