What Caused The Civil War
What caused the civil war? The civil war was caused by many things, but some had more of an effect. The civil war was caused by the kansas/nebraska act of 1854, the slavery density of cotton production, and the westward expansion. One reason why the civil war happened was the Kansas/Nebraska act. Popular sovereignty we used in the Kansas/Nebraska act. Which was used to bring new settlers. Settlers were forced to move. Which mest up a lot of stuff. Northern settlers had to move. Which sucked.

Another reason why the civil war happened was the slavery density of cotton production. In the south there was tons of slavery in the south and most picked cotton. This proves that they were divided. More cotton more slaves. So
