What Caused The Civil War Sectionalism
Sectionalism caused The Civil War, and it was a huge problem in the US. One side protecting the opinion that every man is created equal, and one protecting the idea of slavery, and how blacks 3are a less powerful race. This was definitely a darker time in US history, with Lincoln being president during it all. Sectionalism is to blame for this, with the North and the South constantly growing apart every minute in the 1800s. Sectionalism led to Economic and Political conflicts in the mid-1800s that resulted in the outbreak of the Civil War.

The Civil War was created from economical problems. One of these economical problems was the invention of the cotton gin. The cotton gin helped the Northern economy, by allowing cotton to be made faster.
