Enclosed is the report which was requested to be submitted before the end of November 11, 2012. This report will talk about the issue of a company choice of a non-existing or poor use of an appraisal system. Companies should implement a structural system that will give guidelines to its entire people, which will result in an environment free of confusion. An appraisal system will * Define the role of the employee with a summary of the job. Providing those resources to access this to seek guidance on how to perform their job. * Evaluating periodically can help correct problems before it get out of hand. * Creates and establish a line of communication, which is vital to any organization’s survival.
The information in this report came from intense research via internet, books, and life experience. All sources will be giving credit throughout the report and work cited page will be produced.
