Since the beginning their enemies, the Bolsheviks, always had enemies once they had a lot of power in Russia. Living in Russia while all this was happening would be very terrifying as it would also tear Russia apart and make them go against each other for at least 3 years. Food that was grown from local farms for families among Russia was cut short to supply the both armies as much as 30-40% and in fact it has been said that the food that was ordered from farms was first supplied to the Bolsheviks and what was left over was given to the people living in the cities. As time went on people were leaving Russia due to all this violence which sometimes happened in the cities and within 4 years it has been estimated that around 1.2 million people would leave the country to go live somewhere else better and violent-free. It was mainly common sense as the average person in Russia could choose to live somewhere else with more food, less violence, and a lot more less nonsense compared to being in Russia with their house being risked of being invaded or destroyed, being shot, everyday in fear, and somewhere they can guarantee more food to be able to
