First of all and the most important of all, it’s my proactive attitude. I am like a warrior who is willing to take the challenge and fight for difficulty. I was a part-time sales person in shoes store and I made the sales target and reach the top part-time sales of the month award even the economy is bad back then 2009.

Second, I am like a pioneer who is like to discover new things and have no fear for uncertainty. Last summer, I received Government's scholarship to study abroad at Texas, in the Univ. of St. Thomas. I not only had the opportunity to study, I had an internship at the Government's office for two moths. After the program, I traveled around the U.S. alone by only public transportation and it’s also my first time to the states.

Third, I am like a leader who is so brave to solve the problems ahead and encourage fellow team officers to achieve the target. I was leading Taichung Tech Toastmasters Club, which was a almost breaking club back then, to a whole new level. Most of the officers even wanted to give up at that time, but I just encourage them not to and make the club a promising one like now.

Forth, my education background is tax and accounting related and, of course, I have a lot of assignment on going through financial reports, balance sheets or income statements, etc, by this, it makes me a detail-oriented person. I see thing more critically and specifically and have good sense of number.

The last, I have different country’s background. My Dad is a Taiwanese and my Mom is a Filipino so there are a lot of culture differences between my family and it makes me think globally instead locally. I go to Manila often and have studied there for a while, I saw the difference between two countries and my willingness to accept new culture, thing, method, people is high. I can relocate to anywhere without any fear and
