Boss, I deserve a raise
Mr. Brown, may I have a talk with you. I came to talk about you giving
Me a raise. I’ve been working for your company for few years now. I’m
One of a few people here that really know what they are doing. I’m a person that never cause any trouble. I follow all the rules, and always on time. I know all the jobs and have mastered a few. I started at the bottom and have worked my way up. I have never cause trouble with my co-workers or management. My sole objective to help the company grow. I am a team leader and my team is always close or near the top.
I read the report about the profit the company is making. If the company was operating in the red, I would not ask for a raise. But since the company is operating at a profit, I think that I should get a raise.

Stay on my regular shift, but if a change is necessity, I will do it.
There is several reason I am requesting a raise. I’ll try to put in order:

Second: Education: I have two children that are college age. Tuition to days are out most people budget. It takes a job and a half just to try to keep up. I’m sure that you have a child in school and you know the cost of higher education.
I am here always fifteen to thirty minutes early so we can see if every- thing is in order
