1. Responsible for enhancing the food product that is presented to guests.

Executive Chef Job Specification
1. Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar scale operation, or be an Executive Sous Chef with 7-10 years experience and demonstrable skill set.
2. Proving ready for a move into the Executive Chef Position.
3. A degree from an accredited culinary university a plus, however experience in top club operations will be factored in addition to a degree.
