This is a city not a out of town farmhouse we are talking about. Noise comes with the territory. Another comment about it being a lawsuit waiting to happen should be of no concern to the person who neither wants the dog park built or would be there under any such circumstances. In conclusion, I fully believe in two sides being able to come to terms on this situation and both ending up satisfied with the results.
