I’m currently on an intermittent fasting diet. It’s when you would eat at a certain time and stop eating at a certain time. Before I ate at 9 a.m. but I pushed it back to 12 and I would stop eating at 7 p.m. So, I’m basically fasting for 17 hours. My co-worker at worker is on a gluten free diet. He would only eat gluten free meats, fish, and seafood. He would clean the grill off at work before he would make his food. My girlfriend is on a paleo diet. My experience evaluating her, I would say that it would be one of the healthiest ways to fast because your eating lean meat, lean proteins, fruits and vegetables.     Intermittent Fasting can have many health benefits, as well as aid in fat and overall weight loss. Many people across the world practice fasting at times, but this is mostly for reasons that have to do with religion.
