Dog Parks Problem

Dog parks can be a problem at times or they can be a solution at others depending on perspective. Many people love dog parks, while many hate them. Dog parks can be very costly, but they can also bring up property values and bring in more of a population.

To some residents, dog parks are a problem. Dogs are very noisy, irritating, horrible animals. According to some studies, dogs bark upward of 100 decibles. Also, with a very uncomplient dog, many owners yell at their dogs creating more noise. Dogs have been known to injure other dogs and people that are unfamiliar to them. That can create lawsuites to other owners and the city for not inforcing certain laws.

Alot of residents love their dogs and would love for the addition of a dog park. Dogs being off their leash can run around and get well needed exercise. According to the ASPCA, exercise is important to dogs'. Bad behavior from dogs derives comes partially from being lonely or poorly exercised.
It can cost $70,000 alone to fence a dog park or more. That costs the city more time and money to build something some people see unneeded. However, dog parks also bring up property values and attract Americans who often look for a dog park near them when choosing where to
