Good labor practices enhance the quality of the vehicles and the production efficiency which is necessary for long-term development of the company as there will be lower deficiency rate and higher reputation. For employees, advanced training ensures more safety and secure working environment.
Beside, EICC sets good standards for issues over environmental, ethics and management system. Environmental standards like pollution prevention and resource reduction, air emissions and content restrictions could be so effective tools in the automotive industry to realize green supply chain.
