Directions:
1. Start by chopping your cauliflower into small florets. Keep the size of the florets small so that it can be eaten easily.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius and cook the florets in it for 2 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, mix coconut, flour, and oats. Add salt and pepper to it. In another bowl, beat the egg.
4. Once the florets are done, season them with mixed herbs. Dip the florets into beaten egg and roll each of them in the oats mixture. Cook the coated florets for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Mix the left out ingredients in a bowl while the florets are cooking in the air fryer.
