OFFICE RECPTIONIST PERSONNEL

* Screen and transfer calls in a prompt and professional manner * Meet and greet all staff, clients and visitors * Coordinate messenger pick-ups, faxes and deliveries, and maintain log * Conference room scheduling and maintain conference rooms * Light typing which may include opening files, envelopes, letter * Prepare and revise daily agenda * Provide back-up support as needed * Assist with copying, scanning, binding of documents * Prepare inventory lists of contents of boxes FRONT OFFICE TRAINER The Front Office Trainer is responsible for assessing educational needs, develop programs and train all Front Office staff. In addition to performing various administrative duties, the Front Office Trainer is responsible for accurate patient registration, insurance verification, collection of patient responsibilities and excellent customer service in accordance with Wall Street policies, practices and procedures. The Front Office Trainer will float between more than one clinic, providing support and direction for each of the clinics. The Front Office Trainer also generates reports and performs audits on the Front Office Trainer functions to maximize learning opportunities.

BACK OFFICE TRAINER

The Back Office Trainer is responsible for assessing educational needs, develop programs and train all Back Office staff. In addition to performing various medical support specialist duties, performs lead duties for back-office staff to ensure optimal patient flow and excellent customer service in accordance with Wall Street policies, practices and procedures. The Back Office Trainer will float between more than one clinic, providing support and direction for each of the clinics. The Back Office Trainer also generates reports and performs audits on the Back Office Trainer functions to maximize learning
