FOAA is a very successful anesthesia service in Fairfax, Virginia. The communication between managers, supervisors, employees, and clients are extremely effective to accomplish their resounding reputation. FOAA is currently a successful healthcare provider because they use quick and effective communication frequently between departments and management. In turn the management is always informed of what employees experience on the job, employees are constantly updated of organization changes, and teams can coordinate to accomplish goals in a reasonable time. Three of the effective ways of communication that FOAA implement are the manager's open door policy, weekly report from each departments, and managers meet with each department every month. The managers and directors of each department have an open door policy, allowing any employee to visit them anytime other than when busy. Although, the easiest way to communicate with them are through email, they are willing to have scheduled talk-time will employees. The managers does not divulge any information that is exchanged during a meeting between them and employees. The employees been able to communicate with managers confidentially have given them a peace of mind. This is also one of the company's management policy for both professional and personal information shared by employees.
The weekly departmental report describes the department's processes, progresses, and plans in the organization's overall strategic success. When department document their processes, it can inform the managers and other departments how coordinated they are with each other. The documented progresses would elaborate the achievements of the department and when combined with other departments, highlights the organization's success. The departments can report their plans for
