In tough times, when I had no idea what to achieve or what was going on, I kept my cool and made sure the kids were having fun in our quest for knowledge. It was a unique adventure for me in that I had little to no experience watching children, nor did it seem conceivable to emerge outside of my shell. Nevertheless, I pushed myself to accomplish it knowing I would come out better, and more mature person, in the end.
As a part of your Tiffin community, I would love to bring that same philosophy to the campus. I love encouraging people to be open and true about themselves, even if it is to only themselves.
