Tons of millions of young adults every day throughout America are not able to get into college. Young adults nowadays have given up on their chances to go to college, because they are too poor to afford not only to be able to attend college but because of the supplies people need. An average college textbook cost $200 which for all your classes would equal up to $1,200 per year (Chenes, Elizabeth Des). Also, colleges offer scholarships to women because of their gender but not to men.
