Looking at Hootsuite’s website and videos, they really do a good job of going over how well it helps people to keep track of all their different social media accounts, so that they can maximise the potential of their social media use. It also allows for social media scheduling, so that in one day, a social media user could compose an entire week's worth of posts on a variety of website, all from Hootsuite’s toolbar. This saves a tremendous amount of time and effort, while maximising social media’s potential.
In regards to their company’s inner workings, Hootsuite has found ways to make social media incredibly effective for themselves. It has been effective in improving their company’s brand image. I went on Twitter and found that Hootsuite has two Twitter accounts (@hootsuite and @Hootsuite_Help). They have over 8 million Twitter followers.
