According to the sleepfoundation.org, sleeping is just as important as a diet and exercise. If we go to school later, we would have many benefits. People have different ranges of time that they sleep, and each will be beneficial throughout the day. During the life of students, they usually would be more sleep deprived, due to their schoolwork and cellphones. Many students would likely appreciate if school starts later in the morning. There would be many benefits that students would receive if school would start later, but there are three very important benefits that not only help them in school, but also throughout their life. The three very important beneficial aspects that students would receive are better learning capabilities, having a positive attitude, and improved cognitive skills …show more content…

The first step of the solution can be achieved if school starts later. Students would also have a better start in the morning. Students can study for their tests, have a balanced meal, and most importantly, they will have a good sleep. Many experiments were held about how sleeping can affect students’ daily lives in school. In one of the experiments, it concluded with students who slept more had better academic scores. Furthermore, in personal experiences, students would have better sleeping schedules, if school starts later. Those students would have positive outcomes, such as having better concentration and reduce being fatigue. Additionally, in the opposite situation, if students had a bad sleeping schedules, it can affect their mark. In one of students’ lives, there would be a chance that students can forget to do their homework in the morning. If students have a better sleeping schedule yesterday, this can be prevented since their memory would be improved. If school starts later students can improve their
