INTRODUCTION
“Well–planned is half done” as per this quote one has to plan each and every step of the process in the organization then only we can achieve the fixed target successfully. To do proper planning one must have adequate knowledge and skill in the particular task. To achieve this adequate knowledge one must get proper training.
Training refers to teaching and learning activities carried on the primary purpose of helping for the students inorder to know about the organization. Training helps the trainee to develop and improve both analytical and decision making skill.
Training is the process by which the aptitudes, skill and abilities of employees are increased. On the other hand, training is the process of increasing the general knowledge and understanding of employees.
Training provides an industrial exposure as well as to develop the career in the high tech industrial requirements. It also helps to do a complete overhaul for future business ideology. It trains at all levels providing business etiquette training, management training, leadership training, communication and speaking training, time management and productivity training, negotiation training, sales training, business organization training, creativity and critical thinking training. The quality of training directly impacts a business in terms of sales volume, employee performance, production costs, and other bottom line metrics.
