Training refers to the imparting of specific skills, abilitiesand knowledge to an employee that to improve their current or future performance. It is as true for organization that they depend on their staff at all levels to achieve their aims. It is therefore important that organization set these out so that staff have a clear sense of direction for their work, and know how their performance will be judged.
Human Resource Management is a planned approach to managing people ef ectively for performance. It aims to establish a more open, flexible and caring managementstyle so that staf will be motivated, developed and managed in a way that they can and will give of their best to support departments' missions.
So the following additional principles help to guide Human Resource Management work in an organization:
· the organization should be a good employer;
· people are organization’s most important asset;
· staff are recruited and their careers managed on the basis of merit;
· staff should take their share of responsibility for developing their potential;
· staff management is the responsibility of all managers; and
· departmental Human Resource Management plans must be guided by departmental plans and objectives.
To start with is its direct impacts on performance that benefits the organization. By enhancing thr effective training methods that employee use to perform their jobs, can lead to improvement in their productivity. The organization will then benefitted by the profit gained by the increase in productivity and reduces in labor costs. Similarly, as employees received proper training and recognize quality concerns they produce, it will result in an improvment in quality products or services and increase customer statisfaction. This will reduce the overall operations cost and so generate increased profits.
c. Empowerment. Training that is directed to new methods that can be used on the job adds to employee confidence and enables them to perform more
