She examined it, as if it were a crime scene. It had everything she ever wanted, but she simply shrugged and entered the house.
“This is your new house. Isn’t it beautiful?” Aunt Casey asked.
“ Not as good as our old house.” Jessie mumbled. Jessie was her room and she bolted into it. As she was unpacking, she was starting to get overwhelmed about the new school she was going to. Once she was done, she smashed her face in her pillow and started crying herself to sleep.
The next morning was her first day of school at Snow Valley Middle. She got ready and got on the bus. She sat in the back row, away from everyone else. She felt alone in the crowded bus and didn’t want to talk to anyone. She simply wanted to head home. Then someone sat next to her. She had pink, fluffy hair in that went everywhere and had a wonderful, excited smile on her face which had a smudge of pink frosting on her cheek.
“Hi!” she screams in my face “I don’t recognize you. Are you new?”
“Um y-yes,” Jessie stuttered.
