The goal and objective well over 10 years ago as well as today is provide quality of life residential care to the geriatric population with love, care, and compassion as if it were your own family. This is what it continues to be to this day with absolute growth. With qualified and trained employees, this objective is within its completion and is continuing to grow with the booming population of the elderly with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia.
Business History
Ashley Manor Care Centers were created to place loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia. Many of these buildings range in level of care from facilities that are not locked to secure facilities for individuals with progressed stages of Alzheimer’s disease/dementia. Individuals bought homes over 10 years ago with a dream to restructure and build a safe haven for individuals with these diseases. These homes range in several different states within the United States such as Idaho, Oregon, and Colorado.
Key People in the Organization & Brief Bios
Key people in this organization range from individuals such as the owners/CEO of the company all the way down to the caregivers. Due to this organization becoming a corporation there are several different titles but the most important titles who manage the day-to-day operations are the Administrators of the buildings as well as the Regional and Operational Directors who oversee facility compliance.
Business Legal Structure Due to the size of the company within the last decade it has become a corporation versus a sole proprietorship. This provides a structured company with more
