Being in the military I’ve learned to make the best out of everything and from where ever I am. I have to accept changes the way how they are and move on. The military has its awards by PCSing to different duty station from time to time. Though, it is unpredictable to know the exact time and date you may leave or stay from the stations. It’s fenced off from the civilian world around it, a place of safety for military families filled with facilities that make on-base living appealing and pleasant. On base, you’ll find gyms, pools, bowling alleys, sports fields, restaurants, military housing and barracks, maybe golf courses, walking trails, schools, and grocery stores, such as the commissary, shooting ranges, and lots more. Certain duty stations might offer more or little less depending where you go. Discipline creates a self-image that is represented to the public. As a military child, it benefits you to discipline through many areas such as, recognizing certain efforts and to not waste time. It also refers to accomplish your goals and strive for success to get ahead on future plans. To have discipline, one must have been recognized to loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. It includes having the personal initiative to get started in life. It has made my self-esteem soar every time I pushed myself to do something I knew I should do. Discipline had gave me the strength to build my self-
