The event is an international fundraising dinner. The purpose of the event is to raise funds for a health dispensary. The demographics for this event is for people who care about the welfare of the world and want to help others who are less privileged then those who live in a well-structured economy and able to afford things such as medication and health care. The fundraising goal is 3000 dollars. The key stakeholders are the family that started this event in order to provide health care for 5000 people who didn’t have quick access to health care. This event would be held in September 7th at 6:30 pm. There would be art for sale at this event from the region that the health dispensary which is in Gatanga, Kigali, Rwanda. The location would be in a house in northwest Calgary.
The risks and hazards for this event are attendance, food allergies, the fundraising goal, time being held, parking and time of year to be held.
* Attendance –Making sure the event is advertised and promoted well in advance of the event to give time to let as many people know. If the event is advertised well in advance, say 6 months and then re advertised closer to the date the likelihood of low attendance would be low. If the advertising strategies fail to reach many people to attend this event it would be a complete fail in the event itself due to the fact the fundraising money requires
