As a result of my passion for equality and equity in both my personal and professional life, it has led me to create a leadership philosophy that would keep me responsible and motivated to follow on completing my goals and live up to my core values. My philosophy states, my leadership philosophy is to lead and support others around me, both in my personal and professional lives, to achieve success. In addition, to achieving and supporting success, my values and standards are to bringing equality and diversity to the world of sports to encourage confidence and equity of all people.
To simple explain my leadership philosophy, in goal is to stay motivated in accomplishing my dreams and aspirations. However, while doing so, I cannot forget to help and support others who are working to achieve their own accomplishments. Therefore, my leadership philosophy is to uphold my values of helping others and treating others how I would like to be treated. During my time analyzing over my personal SportManager DISC profile, I was shocked to see such results in the natural and adapted behavior chart (fig. 1) state that I had a low influential percentage since that category classifies how friendly and optimistic an individual is, which I consider myself to be. I was not, however, surprised that my dominance level was rather low because I, personally, do not fit the category of being a domineering person. However, I am aware that to be a great leader that I have to have a nice balance of both the dominating and more of the influential
