Secondary Tension In Tuckman's The Super Spiders
When first assigned to our group, each member was hesitant. We were unsure what to think of one another, unsure if we would even like each other, and unsure if we would function well. Thankfully, we overcame our initial skepticism and were able to produce synergy. The Super Spiders effectively functioned as a group, due to our behavior, norms and roles we undertook, and our personalities that complimented each other.
Group Development The Super Spiders’ introductions went well and we all had predictions based on our first impressions. We were affected by primary tension, but not as affected by secondary tension. Tuckman’s theory helped us understand our group’s development and proved to be partially useful.

    When a group of people get together to do the same thing they starts to build a team, Bruce Tuckman in 1965 come up with an theory that explains how a group of people become a good team. He said that there are four stages to make a good team they are: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing.
