Solve Teams Conflicts
The simple act of bringing people together to talk makes a big difference in the course of conflict. I think that is important that the team talk with each other to resolve differences. The manager has a role in encouraging this, and can facilitate positive outcomes (aftermath result) by providing staff with guidance on how to approach such difficult conversations. The most serious problem is that de dis- function in the team has caused the patients to notice. This is most important in this case because are children and their care is the whole reason the team was set up in the first place . with the patients feeling like no one cares or understanding the group is failing. This stems from internal issue where the leader has allowed the two doctor to control the teams choise instead of making more of a grou There are a few different things the leader could do to improve tam functioning starting with internal relation . Trying collaborate ideas again on different methods of treatment and questions some of the ideas that the doctors have as for the other professionals so maybe the doctors could adjust . External influences are gathering information directly from the patients . Also meet with other doctors an medical professionals outside the team if they can’t find a agreement for the correct treatment of the children . This team doesn’t seems to have a clear leadership and goal . the leader has to be appointed and directs the team in order to improve the functioning of the group and create a effectiveness team , the assigned leader of the team needs to improve the team’s relationship Some basic ground rules for effective solution of the problem could be •listen without interrupting
•present concerns in a factual manner,
•separate the people from the problem •show a genuine desire to understand the other person's point of view •acknowledge the other person's views and opinions •seek to agree on a desired end outcome and then explore

First I would setup a meeting with the team to communicate the issues that senior managers have brought to my attention. Team members need to establish a common understanding of team purpose, roles, responsibilities and accountabilities. As levels of cooperation are falling, this must be presented to the team with a positive attitude. As a team is a group of people who work together and are collectively responsible and accountable for a defined task and each member has skills to contribute to the task. After the meeting I would need to determine an optimal team deployment;…
