I am honoured to have been invited to present a speech today to congratulate the graduates of the Executive Diploma in General Management.
It is particularly inspiring to note that you have managed to complete the course successfully despite the challenges of having to juggle between work, family and studies. SEGi believes in lifelong learning and it is a fact that UMW shares the same belief as you graduates have demonstrated through hard work and discipline you have managed to overcome the barriers and are graduating today. You stand proud and make good role models for your peers and subordinates to emulate.
I am sure that the time you have spent attending lectures, working on assignments and projects have further enhanced your knowledge and skills to propel you to another level in your job.
SEGi is indeed proud and happy to work with UMW to provide the Executive Diploma Programme to its staff to promote their academic and personal development. We will continue to play an active role in human capital development in Malaysia.
