What Aspects Of Your Group Literally Or Stressful, And Why?
What aspects of your group (for the initial resource presentation) functioned well and why?
Deeper levels we equate with understanding because discussion for few days we try to explain things to each other, to argue for an answer or to justify a conclusion, that interaction clarifies our own thinking and often it clarifies the thinking of other group members, and this allowed us to divide the group work and we just had to do our parts and finish it and put it on slides and make it beautiful. I believe everyone in the group has great personalities as everyone wanted to do really good in class and it made easy for everyone to work together as it was successful because we did not have any major problems in which we got excellent marks.
What aspects your group didn’t work well, or felt challenging or stressful, and why? …show more content…
For example, everybody has a job where it was mandatory to be during the day. I believe it was a little stressful in the beginning of the project as we had to do our work individually were not able to communicate any ideas or criticize any written work even though it was a group project and spent less time in working together.
How did your own behavior contribute to the aspects of your group that functioned well?
My behavior contribution was very neutral as I wanted to finish the project as soon as possible and other members wanted the same thing, in which we functioned very well, this lead to positive group work. I believe that everyone in group behavior was neutral and had mutual understanding others strengths such as being a quick learner and being able to explain a concept to someone else and everyone was reliable and adaptable while knowing each other's schedules and knew each to each other to finish it.
