Why I Want To Be An Ultrasound Technician
I never would've considered of being and ultrasound technician if it wasn’t for me having my daughter. After going to all the ultrasound appointments I have never wanted to do something so much as this. For the past 2 years i’ve been looking into this career. To reach my goals I realize that I must pursue a 2 year college education which will begin with the fall 2018 semester. I am very excited about my future and felt that with the opportunity this scholarship provides, i can help not only myself but my family as well. My educational and career goals are to complete college to get my associates degree in the healthcare field and to pursue my dream of becoming an ultrasound technician. People usually look down on young mother thinking they won't complete school and I'm here to prove that wrong. This scholarship will be a huge step forward for me in helping me complete my education and dream career. As you may know I come from a lower class family and me supporting my daughter makes money tight for school and this scholarship will greatly help my money situation. As you know now from the previous paragraphs I have a daughter, i want to be an ultrasound technician and I come from a lower class family, but what you don't know is i am 100% willing to put the effort and dedication into my education. I am very goal oriented, Once I have a goals I am very determined to achieve it. I am very persistent in getting the things I want. I can overcome obstacles, i have overcome all the challenges and obstacles I faced through high school. By giving me this scholarship I would help others by completing my goals of becoming an ultrasound technician and helping other people find out what is wrong with their bodies and help them get the treatment that they need.
