Persuasive Essay What was a normal day in New York came to be known as one of the most tragic days in the United States History. On September 11, 2001 virtually 3,000 citizens died due 19 al-Qaeda hijackers taking over four planes. The World Trade Center (twin towers) in New York City got hit by town commercial planes full of passengers. In this essay I will explain three reasons about 9/11, how people were affected by this tragic destruction, what was the World Trade Center? And the Terrorist. First, the people who had heart and cared about the citizens, fire fighters, police men, and medical people had a strong heart. Those fire fighters, police men and medical people all risked their lives to help strangers that did know. Imagine that you had a family member inside one of those buildings and you just got a call saying that had passed away in a horrible tragedy. Now think about all the people that got a call saying that their loved ones has just pasted away. Next, the World Trade Center was a very important place on this planet. The world trade center was built to trade with other continents and countries like Asia, China, Japan, Africa, South Africa and others. They trade stuff like food, drinks kitchen ware, bedroom ware, living room ware electronics. Money was a big part of the WTC the trade money with the different countries and continents. As many as 50,000 people work in the World Trade Center. Last, the horrible people who did this tragic thing to this country are called al-Qaeda. They were found sometime between August 1988 and late 1989; it operates as a network comprising both a multinational, stateless army. Their consider a terrorist organization, Al-Qaeda has attacked civilian and military targets in countries, most notably the September 11 attacks on New York City and Washington, D.C. in 2001. The U.S. government answered by launching the War on Terror. In conclusion I feel that the events of 9/11 should
