In order for your ad to be effective, you should keep in mind the following:
What are the features and benefits for the customer?
Why will this product make the customer’s life better?
Whether or not you choose to show an image of your product, consider that your ad is meant to create or feed desire for your product. How you do that is up to you.

The way the shoes are priced, they are accessible to the lower middle class of most nations while still retaining the social staying power to appeal to upper class people. My ad would be different because it would not be selling the customer by saying “look you NEED this product in your life!!”, people like to think they make informed decisions by gathering the required information and then make the smart choice. My ad would fall along the Apple/Starbucks model of planting a seed in your head to create that air of class/mystery.
