Not to forget, another goal that Squad Leaders should strive for is the acceptance of change. Parts of the dance, people in the dance, costumes, dates, and times can all change. It is important that the Squad Leaders can quickly adapt to the change, and then help other line members pick up the change as well. Any Team is susceptible to changes which is why Squad Leaders should have the goal to quickly accept changes.
G. Finally, one of the Squad Leaders last goals to strive for is responsibility.
Squad Leaders should strive to be responsible because they need to constantly lift the team up. If a line member is to forget something or have a crisis the Squad Leader needs to be responsible and handle the situation to the best of her abilities. Responsibility doesn’t come easy to everyone, but Squad Leaders should always be prepared no matter what. This is a very important goal for Squad Leaders to strive for because responsibility is what makes a Squad Leader a Squad Leader.
