According to experts on sleep, a later start makes teens more attentive and awake during the day as compared to the now, twenty-eight percent of teens who are nodding off in first block. According to a school in Massachusetts who has adopted the later start, many teachers and teens are overwhelmed by the amazing results they have not only noticed a dramatic change in the mood of teens but also noticed better grades. Teens find it hard to wake up in the morning. Many teens find it tiring to wake up so “early” but with a later start teens can sleep longer. Experts on sleep say that falling asleep at the same time every night can make it easier to wake up in the morning at the same time every morning. Something that makes it easier for teens to get up in the morning is if teens fall asleep at the same time every night, a teens body gets used to it and will feel tired at that time every night.
