Jaydin Contributions
It is hard to overstate the meaningful contributions that Jaydin has made to our company and surrounding community. As both his manager and overseer, I've had the pleasure of seeing Jaydin make profound contributions both in and out of the store. I can say with confidence that Jaydin is one of the most caring and driven employees I've ever trained and worked with in my thirteen years at Old Navy.
Jaydin demonstrated tremendous effort and growth throughout the year and brought a great energy to store. He has that combination of a positive attitude and the belief that he can always improve that's rare in a high school student, but so essential to the learning process. I am confident that he will continue to display the same commitment and diligence

He's told me on several occasions that all the numbers and variables make his mind go fuzzy. Jaydin did, in fact, struggle to comprehend the register at the beginning of his employment, but his response to this is what really struck me. Where so many others have simply just asked to be scheduled on other positions that require no training on register, Jaydin kept requesting to stay on register to improve his math and social skills. Due to all his hard work, Jaydin not only received employee of the month during his first month, but also raised the store reviews, making our store one of best in our district. Jaydin truly demonstrated a growth mindset, and he inspired his peers to adopt that valuable perspective, too. I truly believe Jaydin has one of the best souls around. He’s very talented socially and physically. You could think because a tall husky man who carries himself very stern, would be very unapproachable, but that’s where he breaks the stereotype. Jaydin can communicate with all customers and make sure they’re finding everything they need within our store limits. I would truly recommend Jaydin for any job consisting of customer interaction and sales

    1. Start by developing a recruitment guide like that shown in Exhibit 5.3 in the textbook. Note that the current situation differs from the example provided in the book because there is no specific timeline for hiring; this is a continuous recruiting effort because even as positions are being filled, new positions are becoming available. It is also different because Tanglewood does not have a specific list of minimal educational requirements as qualifications.…

Our mission and priorities may change, but the backbone and enduring strength of our Navy has been and always will be our people and leadership. Leaders like Admiral Bud Zumwalt who displayed tremendous moral courage during his term as CNO. When we struggled through the racial tensions of the sixties and seventies, Admiral Zumwalt worked in the face of strong criticism by his peers and a highly resistant culture to make the Navy do the right thing and make the Navy one of the most colorblind institutions in our entire Nation.…

After looking over my options I have finally decided on the perfect candidate and the one who I would chose to take on this position. The person I chose is Lynn, she is perfect because she is proving her English skills on her own so this means that she will have multiple languages to speak to customers to make them feel special and not left out or confused on what is being sold. The second reason why I chose Lynn is because of her graduating first in class means that she is a very smart person and could easily learn how to become a sales person even though she doesn’t have the experience this would only be one thing I would be teaching someone. She is knowledgeable in the fiber optics field, which would take more time teaching that than skills for selling things. She is the best person for…
