I am in the gifted program and have been in the gifted program since fifth grade. I enjoy learning and I am completing Honors Physics online while attending high school. When asked how to describe me, most people say that I am intelligent, hardworking, reliable, honest and helpful. I would describe myself as a person who strives to live my life with integrity, charity, and understanding towards my fellow students and community members.
Volunteering has been one of the biggest joys in my life. I have enjoyed working on the Emerald Coast Mud Run, helping to collect food for Caring and Sharing, helping my mother work on the band uniforms for Niceville High School and C.W. Ruckel Middle School. I look forward to helping others in my family, community, church and school. Whether helping a young mother watch her children so that she is able to go grocery shopping by herself or helping my sister work on her singing. My career goal is to become a veterinarian so I can help animals have healthier lives. Being selected to be a member of the National Honor Society would be a great honor and achievement. The National Honor Society needs members who have strong leadership skills, have strong moral values and good character, are service minded with a charitable spirit, and have a sound work ethic.
