After taking the 60 questionnaire test I saw how much I scored in Conventional was higher than all the other categories. I see how much more I am involved in interests in working involved following set rules and routines. I do like to work with information and paying attention to details rather than working with ideas which happens to third on my list. Really in this position I do work this way. This is why I am such a visual person. It is easier for me to see the situation or documents in front of me to see a better understanding of what the problem might be. Every day I go to rounds with my hospitalist physicians and case manager nurses to see what is in preparation for the patients discharging that day or next few days. I set out my hospital census and locate are medical group patients and this has the patients first and last names, admission numbers, rooms/floors and diagnosis. I had have recently learned to take more notes and keep in front of me throughout the day to make sure when nurses are ready for patients I already know what to set up for. If patient needs medications or Outpatient therapy at an our medical group facility I take that paper work and double check what patient would see in their point of view. I have this visual in front of me and in my resource book to see what and how to set up. I have also started this resource for other co-workers who may need to see how to set up certain tasks so we can all be on the same page. My resource has copy paste print screen to visually see what to look for and what programs to use to finish a task. I also work with co-workers ideas how they should see it. How they should be able to easily work with individual task, required documents, Notes, criteria and patient request to how they want to discharge. Recently I was offered to take on more than the everyday
