Scientist are always experimenting with animals and are treating the animals inhumanely. The animals are not like humans so their pain levels are a lot different from men and women pain levels. Animals including rabbits, mice, monkeys, cats, dogs and more animals get implants, diseases, and painful procedures and most of the time they die. Even Though we should not treat the animals inhumane, and shove them into small cages, blind them, and make them suffer. “The Draize eye test, used by cosmetics companies to evaluate irritation caused by shampoos and other products, involves rabbits being incapacitated in stocks with their eyelids held open by clips, sometimes for multiple …show more content…

Though animal testing should be banned from ever being practiced or used again, people still view it as a necessity despite all of the evidence against it. Animal testing requires inhumane, unsanitary, unsafe, or cruel conditions that if done to humans would be outlawed since they either reduce the quality of life or cause disease or death. Seeing that animals are living, breathing creatures that want to survive just as much as people do, assuming that test conditions are not good for human kind, then they are not good for any living creatures. Furthermore, they are inherently wrong by nature. Tolerating animal cruelty promotes the same insensitivity that allows cruelty to people, such as serial killers and the early incidents of animal torture.…

Right now, millions of mice, rats, rabbits, cats, dogs, and other animals are locked inside cold, barren cages in laboratories across the country. “For days they languish in pain, ache with loneliness and long to roam free and use their minds” (PETA). These animals come from a wide variety of places such as city pounds, zoos, commercial breeders, and even circuses. Did you know that around the world these animals are being used to test products ranging from shampoo to new cancer drugs? In fact almost every medical treatment that you use has been tested on animals. For instance, animals were used to develop anesthetics (AnimalPort). All they can do is sit and wait in fear of the next terrifying and painful procedure that will be performed on them. “The stress, sterility and boredom causes some animals to develop neurotic behaviors such incessantly spinning in circles, rocking back and forth and even pulling out their own hair and biting their own skin” (PETA). Believe it or not animal testing is not required by law, animal testing is only done to protect companies from consumer lawsuits (Zoomshare). Animal testing…

It is not morally acceptable for scientists to use live animals in research for medicine that can be used to cure humans. Today we continue to use animals in experiments to learn more about health problems that affect both humans and animals and to ensure the safety of new medical treatments. Now that we know the purpose of animal testing, is it really worth killing millions of innocent animals? This practice is morally wrong and inconsiderate of us for letting this happen. People should stop using animals as experiment subjects and utilize the advance technology that we have now. This is happening because we are letting it happen! We have to start by educating others on this issue because the lack of knowledge on animal testing is why people…

In animal testing, countless animals are experimented on and then killed after their use is up. Some are injured and will still live the remainder of their life in captivity. The doctors will not do anything to help the animals that are in pain that happen to be the reason because of them. It is the aspect of animals testing that many view as a major negative against the practice, as it seems that the animal died in vain because no direct benefit to humans occurred. Even though animals and humans have many things in common like how we both have the same organ system, there are also many things that are different between animals and humans. Many animals cannot handle or take the same medication as humans, most the surgeries that are operated on animals are just too strong for an animal to take so they end up dying or sick for the rest of their lives. (Animal Testing…

From a young age, these animals are suffering being poked and prodded with needles. New diseases painfully eating away at them with no one to help them through it and just to die. Even though this may be breakthrough technology for humans, there are more humane ways to test instead of putting the poor animals through sheer pain. Instead of putting a helpless animal through this and physically having to change it you might as well just use a human suffering from the disease and find a way to cure it once and for all them having to do various tests to come out with one outcome. The animals are suffering, going through more pain then we would ever experience changing to become like us just to cure diseases that we have.…

According to a natural organic food store, “Animals endure chemicals being dripped into their eyes, injected into their bodies, forced up their nostrils or forced down their throats. They are addicted to drugs, forced to inhale/ingest toxic substances, subjected to maternal deprivation, deafened, blinded, burned, stapled, and infected with disease viruses”. An animal research lab in the UK argues though exclaiming that, “Animal research has played a vital part in nearly every medical breakthrough over the last decade”. It all comes down to whether a human life is more valuable than an…

Animals must have rights they are defenceless if an animal is being hurt, they cannot say stop or how they feel about it and that to me is very disappointing. I feel like animals are easy targets for laboratory experiments because they cannot stand up for themselves . These animals being tested on go through so much mentally and physically. They are locked in cages they don't even fit in ,they are treated as if they don't feel it or that they aren't even living creatures. These animals being experimented on go through the use of force like force feeding, forced inhalation, food and water deprivation, prolonged periods of physical restraint, the infliction of burns and…

Wouldn’t you rather been killed in one shot than being tortures by needles, cuts and poisonous chemicals being injected into your body for an eternity long?…
