Geometry and spatial relations- Target child is emerging in this skill set. Z shows understanding and uses several positioning words. Some examples of Z using these ideas are when Z knows where to sand if he is asked to stand in the back of the line. Z also likes to organize and position the dollhouse furniture in a functioning way. Z is also beginning to recognize and describe the attributes of shapes. Z recognizes triangles and knows a triangle requires 3 sides in order to be a triangle. Z also can find shapes or triangles all the exact same size. I know this because I observed him work on worksheet all about triangles. Z does not compose and decompose shapes. I have not observed Z practicing or referencing to 3-d shapes, so I do not believe
