Also, animal testing is expensive and a waste of money. Outrageous amounts of money is spent on animal testing that could be used for more useful things like water, shelter, and food for the needy. Lastly, animals and humans are extremely different physically and emotionally causing any data from animals to be unreliable. These are just some reasons why animal testing does more harm than good.

According to Hsi.org some tests could cost hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. This money being used is a waste if barely any of the tests outcomes work on humans. The money being used on animal testing could go towards helping people with struggling with poverty or even finding new ways to test for medicines and cures.

Animal testing is bad because it deals with the issue of animal cruelty. It is often argued that these tests cause a lot of pain to the animals and the condition in which they are held captive for experimentation is not at all safe nor healthy for the animals. It also causes animals suffer for the rest of their lives and then they die. This means that afterwards animals aren’t any more active in doing their own things because all of them get locked and stay in cold, barren cages in laboratories and so therefore they can do nothing. But on the other hand there are some people who say testing animals is a good idea because both animals and humans benefit for animals getting experimented…

One reason that animals testing is wrong is because of how inhumane it is. According to ProCon.org, “The Draize eye test, used by cosmetics companies to evaluate irritation caused by shampoos and other products, involves rabbits being incapacitated in stocks with their eyelids held open by clips, sometimes for multiple days, so they cannot blink away the products being tested.” This just shows how inhumane the tests performed on animals can be. ProCon.org states that animals are put through experiments that require them to be force-fed or deprived from water and food. ProCon.org also discusses how many animals are…
