Statement Of Purpose For The Honors English Program

I would love to be in Honors English Program. I always have good grades and am a great student. I feel that the English honors program will really shape me into who I need to be for college. I would like to graduate with an academic honors and I believe that this class will really help set me up for life beyond high school. I also think that this class will help with everyday life as you use English everyday.
I deserve to be in this class. I always have had great grades and was always very interesting in learning. I know that there are limited spots but I will be a student that works hard and does what is told. I don’t ever talk in class and have good citizenship. I am involved with many things outside of school. Some academic activities including science olympiad. Some non academic including the high school musical. English has been one of my favorite subjects for a long time now.
I am in Mr. Bogan’s honors Geometry class and I understand what is expected with homework, tests, finals, etc. I may not be in an English class but in my math class we work hard and I know some what of what it is like in high school. I know that you will be expecting above and beyond and that is what I will give you. I do not procrastinate (most of the time) and I give my all. I will give you 100% with all of my work and will go above and beyond.
I want to graduate with a technical and academic honors and the honors program is just what I need to achieve that. This class will be the best thing for me to get me into a good college. I also want to go to school for business and I need very good English skills to make it through college. I feel that I am very qualified for this position in this class. I have great grades, good citizenship, I always go above and beyond and I am involved in activities outside of school. I think that I should be in honors English
