Should School Start Later Essay
Should school start later in the morning? I think that is a fantastic idea! Why not right?! Find out right now! I strongly believe that school should start later. Students will actually get more sleep which helps students a lot academically. Students will most likely to be ready to learn at school if they get more sleep.
As said in the text, “Up for Debate: Should School Start Later?”, it states that once a school called, The Academy in Great Britain, they started the school day at 10:00 a.m, and “as a result, students were showing up to school alert and ready to learn.” Teens also won’t get into many early morning car accidents, they they can come to school safe and on time. Also, teenagers won’t have to go to the school nurse as often because it you get a little more sleep that you are suppose to get, then you will come to school happy and healthy. Students won’t have to worry as much about these things if you get more sleep.

Teenagers sometimes have no time to even eat breakfast or to even take a shower in the morning just to get to school on time.
